Relax, Reset, and Reconnect

At Puppy Therapy Sussex, we create a calm and joyful space where people can spend meaningful time with friendly, well-socialised puppies. These positive interactions promote emotional wellbeing by encouraging the release of oxytocin, the “feel-good” hormone, helping to reduce stress and lift mood. At the same time, the sessions are vital for the puppies’ development: they gain confidence, practice healthy social skills, and learn to interact comfortably with people in a safe, caring environment. This mutual exchange ensures both humans and puppies benefit—people enjoy stress-relieving companionship, while the puppies grow into well-adjusted, sociable companions.
